Brian began his career at an Indie label & then moved to Universal Music. Brian became the youngest head of A&R for MCA where he remained until 2001, and from there Brian was hired as the inaugural Executive Director of Radio Starmaker Fund.

In 2003 he became an Artist Manager, Record label owner with Curve Music & Cerberus Artist Mgmt, in 2005 he was tapped to become the President of the MMF Canada, and soon the board of the International Music Managers Forum.
